Announce an abuse

If you are victim of an abuse, send one e-mail to: Support ClubechaT but what is an abuse?
Here some situations for which you could need to send one e-mail to us:

Threats of reprisals in your room ?
People violate the terms of our Code of conduct and/or Déclaration of confidentiality?
You are badgered in aside by a user even after having asked that it stop?
You were present when somebody floods and you have irrefutable evidence concerning the culprit?
You are well-informed that young people of less than 13 years attend our rooms of conversation?
A user does not cease following you in each room to annoying you?
If the response to one of these questions is \ “yes \”, please send email to: Support ClubeChaT
It is preferable to indicate the most possible information in this e-mail, that will acelerate the procedure... For example :

1) Your nickname and your e-mail address.
2) The room where you generally go.
3) The nickname one of the person or the name of the room which you denounce.
4) The room in which the incident occurred as well as the date and the approximate hour.
5) The nickname of other people present at the moment of the incident.
6) Describe the incident with the most possible details. It is recommended to include screen captures or conversation logs.

We will contact you as soon as possible. The deadline for reply will be according to the importance of the incident and the number of information we will have.
